To register please go to the ‘home’ page then ‘log in’ and then you can register or shop as a guest. When you register at www.onlineartindia.com you will be asked to provide your basic information and a unique email address. This information will be kept secured. A. Please follow these simple steps to place an order online: Simply visit our online store Browse through the catalog and add items to your shopping cart. Click on the "Checkout" button in the shopping cart Confirm your selections, provide your address. Click on the "Pay Now" PayPal logo button and complete the steps to make a payment via paypal.com.

Q. Do you ship from India Internationally?
A. We ship almost everywhere in the world. When you are placing an order, on the "Shipping Information" page where you enter your name and address, you can select your country from the drop-down list. If your country is not listed, then you can email us at email@example.com.
Q. Is Shipping free? Or is it charged extra?
A. Shipping within India is free and not payable extra. Whereas International shipping is free on selected items.
Q.Do you Provide Express shipping?
A. Express shipping with online tracking and delivery confirmation (delivery within 5-7 days) is available on request. Please contact us with the item number for quotes to your location.
Q.Can I send things to another address?
A.We ship to the address entered at the time of registration, please ensure this is correct before payment. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address. In case you want your item to be delivered at other address, please mention the complete address with contact number during checkout or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Q. What are the shipping times for International shipping? How soon can I expect delivery, if I place my order today?
A. We ship within 3 days as soon as funds have cleared. You will be notified by email when your item is shipped. Worldwide shipping can take upto 15-21 days to arrive. However, we can't accept responsibility in the case of delays caused by the Postal Service.

Q. Do you have a catalog?
A. Our artworks are unique and non-duplicable. Though many pieces may look similar, no two pieces can be exactly the same. For this reason, we have found that a Printed Catalog of our products may carry only a very limited profile of our articles. Our online store is thus the best possible reflection of the products we can offer.
Q. What do you mean by 'antiquated'? Are they antiques? Do you deal in antiques?
A. The Government of India does not allow for the sale of any article more than 100 years old outside India. We do not deal in antiques. The antiquated artworks are artworks which are provided an old look about them by the artist. In most cases they are no older than 20 to 30 years.
Q. Are these items one of a kind? Can I order for more than 1 piece?
A. Indeed, the items showcased on the site are hand-picked, unique artworks, and only in exceptional cases are more than one of a kind are available.
Q. Can I cancel my purchase ?

A.Sure, once we dispatch your item(s), we would email you the courier name and the tracking code – using which you can track your shipment on their website.
Q.What if I want something which is not available?

Q.What is your returns policy?
A.We hope you will be highly satisfied with any product purchased on our website but if you wish to return an item to us then we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. You may return any unused goods in their original packaging within 14 days of the date of dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to take care of the products and ensure they are returned to us safely & in a saleable condition. We will refund the 70% cost of the product to you upon receipt of the returned items (30% of the product cost will be deducted as restocking fees) . We cannot refund postage & packaging costs. Please contact us by email within 48 hours of delivery if your order is damaged or there are any discrepancies.
Q.How do I return an item?
A.Simply contact us by email and we will inform you of the return address. Buyer will be responsible for all the return shipping charges.
Q.Will the Delivery charge be refunded?
A.We regret that postage & packaging are direct costs and cannot be refunded in any circumstances

A.Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
